Together we will employ a wide range of pranayam techniques using the breath to effect and manage different states of consciousness and relaxation while strengthening the nervous system. Learning to breathe easy is an effective tool for increasing health, vitality, and connectedness in one's life. The mind follows the breath and the body follows the mind.
