A donation-based class to raise awareness for acquired brain injury. Together we will work with a sequence of energizing breath exercises to balance the hemispheres of the brain and affect the nervous system. We will close with a meditation combining mudra and mantra for memory. All proceeds raised go to Love Your Brain. Everybody welcome!
