Join me for an all-levels movement medley to unstick your heart. We’ll use pranayam, vinyasa yoga, kundalini kriyas, sound, and put pen to paper to tap into the centre of our being.
The fourth chakra is the area where physical and spiritual meet. It is an integrating and unifying chakra, the balance between that which keeps us grounded and that which lifts us up. It is located at the centre of the chest and includes the heart, cardiac plexus, thymus gland, lungs, and breasts. It also rules the lymphatic system. When we move this part of the body, we open ourselves up to a fuller experience of the heart.
The Sanskrit word for the fourth chakra is Anahata, which means “unstuck” or “unhurt.” Beneath the hurts and grievances of past experiences lies a pure and spiritual place where no hurt exists.
Come solo or bring a friend or partner and learn to ride your potent heart energy under the full snow moon. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
