Horticultural Therapy is a process through which plants, gardening activities, and the innate closeness we all feel towards nature are used as vehicles in professionally conducted programs of therapy and rehabilitation which can be physical, cognitive, emotional, social, vocational.

Krista Schilter, HT conducts horticultural therapy sessions at green spaces around the city in private or group settings. An intake is necessary to discuss needs and intentions of nature-based work.
