We’ll use breathing exercises (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation to explore the different bodies (the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies). We’ll also use numerology to explore our unique destinies, gifts, karma, and paths, using our birth dates, in relation to the 10 Bodies.
