Experience your brain on nature as we move with our breath along the Bruce Trail. Together we will explore what it's like to fully connect with the earth around us using yoga, meditation, and pranayam exercises from the hatha, yin, vinyasa, and kundalini yoga lineages. We will use therapuetic horticulture and mindfulness-based approaches to experience the Bruce Trail through hiking and small-scale agriculture.
Krista will guide us through 4 yoga classes and 2 meditations whilst breathing in the sweet smells of Georgian Bay just 3 hours north of Toronto near Bruce Peninsula.
Expect 5 locally-sourced, from-scratch, in-season vegetarian meals from Chef Adam Kidd. Note that we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions - just ask.
We will be housed by Northern Love Project, whose mission it is to connect people to spirit and heart through creative and collaborative participation with movement, art, agriculture, and meditation.
This is an intimate offering and space is limited to 7 participants. The cost of the weekend is $350 and includes accommodation, movement, and food. Transportation is not included however we can organize a ride-share group at an additional cost if necessary. Please reach out with any questions.
